Tip for today-

Have fun trying to paint on stuff like- blank cards, wood plaques, or anything! But if the surface is slick, you may want to use enamel paint. For a card it might not matter, but for something you want the paint to last and not come off, enamel paint is for that!

P.S. I need to get some enamel paint. I want to try to paint on glass.
I have been painting in our school room, (office). I like to open the sliding doors in the back of the picture, then I can see into the living room, and watch tv. That way I am not shut in a room all by myself.

My painting pallet! Kinda cool after you get done painting!

Fun Projects!

This first one I did is on a oval wood piece from Wall-Mart. Then an easel to put it on.

Then this card. It is a three fold card, with a hole cut in the second fold, to allow an opening.- I used just three brushes, 3/4 flat brush, small scruffy, and a long script liner. You could do any kind of flower in on the card too. This is an easy way to make a beautiful card!!!!

This is a photo frame that I got at Wall-Mart also. It makes a Great Gift!

Tip For Today:

Lighter far away - Darker as you come up close

Sooner Schooner!

We are Oklahoma fans! I didn't use a lot of one stroke painting...some though- double loading to shade on the covered top, and the wagon box. See, you can be creative and use some of your One Stroke painting knowledge, for other stuff. Go Sooners!

Pear

Small Boat

I did this painting last night...after watching the Donna Dewberry show.If I did it again I would probably do the water down-so not as much land. I used a sponge for the sky, water, and land. Then a brush for the boat, leaves and flowers. I just scanned it and edited and put in a box with the poem.
